Refunds and cancellation

If Cramfox Pro isn't right for you, you get your money back. Email hello@cramfox.com from the address you paid with, or tell us that address.

Season Pass

A full refund if you ask within 7 days of buying.

A full refund of your first payment if you ask within 7 days of buying.
Cancel anytime from your Profile (“Manage or cancel”), or by emailing us. Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.
After the first 7 days, we don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.

If you were charged twice for the same Pro, tell us and we will refund the extra charge.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
