These terms cover your use of Cramfox (cramfox.com), a practice site for AP exams. By using Cramfox you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use Cramfox

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to use Cramfox, and to buy anything on it.

Your account

You can practice without an account. To keep your progress across devices, you sign in with your email: we send a one-time link, and there is no password. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your inbox secure. One account per person.

Free and Pro

Cramfox is free to use, with daily limits. Cramfox Pro removes them. The current plans and prices are on the Pro page.

• Season Pass: $39, paid once. It lasts through May 31 after you buy it, the end of the AP exam season, and then it ends. It doesn't renew, and there is nothing to cancel.
• Monthly: $11.99 a month. It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Profile (“Manage or cancel”) or by emailing us, and you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.

Prices are in US dollars; checkout may show them in your local currency. Payments are handled by Stripe, which may act as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase, and Stripe's terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your full card number. We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a Season Pass you have already bought, and Monthly subscribers are told before a new price applies to a renewal.

Refunds

If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund it in full. The details are in the refund policy.

What's ours, and what's yours

Cramfox's questions, explanations, lessons and software are original, and they are ours. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish them. What you write in free-response practice is yours; you allow us to store and process it so we can mark or grade it and show it back to you.

AP® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this product.

Grades and predictions are estimates

Automated grading, predicted AP scores and study suggestions are practice tools. They are estimates, not official scores, and we don't guarantee any exam result.

Acceptable use

Don't break or overload the site, get around its limits, use someone else's account, collect its content with automated tools, or use Cramfox for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.

The service

We work to keep Cramfox running and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change, add or remove features.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cramfox is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can stop using Cramfox at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and if a change is significant we will say so on the site before it takes effect. Using Cramfox after a change means you accept it.
